About OATH

Welcome to the Troy High School Orchestra web site! Located in Troy, Michigan, Troy High School supports three performing Orchestras (Freshman, Concert, and Symphony), the Country Fiddlers performing ensemble, and many fine soloists. Under the direction of Mr. Bryan Kolk, the Troy High Orchestras inspire and amaze their audiences with the exceptional quality and maturity of their performances. These award winning Orchestras consistently achieve the highest rankings at district and national competitions. This site is dedicated to the talented students of the Troy High Orchestras and their families. We invite you to browse our site and learn more about the Troy High Orchestras!

The Orchestra Association of Troy High (OATH) is a parent and community-supported non-profit organization, whose purpose is to help support students in the three Troy High School orchestras. All OATH members are volunteers.

OATH is a tax-exempt, nonprofit, 501 (c)(3) organization. Contributions are tax deductible to the extent permitted by law.

We are adding to the Fall Fun for 2017 - 2018 with the 2017 Troy High School 5K Fun Run at Troy's Boulan Park in Troy, Michigan.

This is a USATF Certified 5K Route.

Volunteer Opportunities

A strong Orchestra program takes many hands, and your musician will benefit from your volunteerism! Please consider donating your time or talent to an Orchestra Board position, or to an Orchestra event. Here are the current OPEN POSITIONS for the 2017 - 2018 school year.

Please consider volunteering to help with one of the above OATH committees. Download the Orchestra Association of Troy High Open Committee Chair Positions form, circle the committee you are interested in helping with and return the form to Mr. Kolk in an envelope marked "OATH", or send an e-mail to troyhighorchestra@gmail.com for more information about these volunteer opportunities.
